This 5 day intensive will take you through various body conditioning techniques to manage physical and psychological demands, avoid dance injuries and enrich performance abilities.
We will be focusing on Strength, Allignment, Mobility, Flexibility, Endurance, and Relaxation.
By unleashing your hidden strength, you can unleash your full physical and artistic potential.
So we have opened this workshop for all level of dancers.

When: 22nd to 26th June 2020
Batch 1: From 7am to 8am
Batch 2: From 11am to 12pm
Where: Sessions will happen via Zoom
