FAQ

Can I try a class before registering?

Yes, we have a free trial policy. You can come try any class for free and if it’s not for you, there is no obligation to pay.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, we take registration for age more than 6 years to any age.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Gpay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI & Cash.

What do i wear to class?

We recommend that you wear something that you’re comfortable dancing in, that also allows you to have a wide range of mobility. For footwear, classical styles such as ballet, contemporary, and jazz are often done barefoot or in socks.

How early should i come for my class?

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your class. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for one of our drop in classes, you will not be permitted into the class.

What if i'm not comfortable having myself filmed during my class?

If you’re uncomfortable being filmed during your class, please inform your teacher before the class begins so that we can reassure that you’re kept out of any footage that may be taken during the class.

How many people will be in the class?

The number of dancers in each class will be max 20 & varies for different dance style. Classes will continue to run with any amount of people within the capacity of the designated room.

Can i take the class & pay after?

No, you must pay for the class before it begins.

Can i film at the end of class?

If you’re interested in filming what you’ve learned at the end of your class, you must check in with your teacher to make sure that they’re comfortable with that. Sometimes our videographer will come to film a class (requested by the teacher). Those videos can often be found on our Instagram and social media pages.

I have a physical limitation that prevents me from being able to fully participate in the class, what should i do?

If you have concerns about any injuries or physical limitations that may prevent you from fully participating in the class, please let your teacher know at the beginning of class so they can help accommodate and encourage any modifications that you may need to make throughout the class. However, if you have an injury that you know about, you should use your own discretion, as we are not responsible for any further injury.

What is your refund policy?

Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable. We would do our best to adjust the fee in other dance form batches if for some reason you can’t attend/don’t like one batch, but the fee will NOT be refunded.

Does everyone perform in the recital?

Yes. Most of our classes do participate in recital. But its completely upto the individual to participate. It's not compulsory but we recommend all participants to take part so that they gain experience performing live on stage.

Is there a fee for recital?

The only fee for the dancer is the cost of the costumes, makeup, photos & videos. Each student will get 2 passes for their family to watch the recital. If required, additional tickets has to be purchased either online or offline. The studio will notify everyone when the tickets are available for purchase.

If i miss a session will that be compensated?

If a student misses a session, he/she will be marked as absent for that class and no compensation will be provided for the same. A student attending classes in a batch will under no circumstances be allowed to attend classes from another batch to compensate the missed session or to cover up the session he/she is going to miss.

In case if any of our faculty cancels a class, then a cover up will be provided for the missed session. The studio shall remain closed only on National Holidays of India and no classes will be covered up for the same.
